Limited English Proficiency

Limited English speaking individual: Someone older than 5 who speaks a language other than English at home, and doesn't speak English "very well." Limited English speaking household: A household where nobody age 14 or older speaks English "very well." In other words, every person 14+ in the home struggles with English to some degree. These are also called "linguistically isolated" households.
