Timeliness of Service Receipt Within 30 Days of the IFSP Meeting

The number of children with an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) who were, during the reporting period, receiving Early Intervention authorized services (in full, in part or none) as recommended in their IFSPs within 30 days of the meeting. The Early Intervention Program is a federal entitlement program that offers a variety of therapeutic and support services to eligible infants and toddlers (0-3 years old) with developmental delays and disabilities and their families.
