Average Drop off by Race/Ethnicity

The Early Intervention Program (EI) is a federal entitlement program that offers a variety of therapeutic and support services to eligible infants and toddlers (0-3 years old) with developmental delays and disabilities and their families. Average drop off represents the percentage decline in the average number of children who were referred to EI but have not progressed beyond particular steps toward receiving services from 2016 to 2018, by race and United Hospital Fund district.
